面对过去要懂得放下、面对未来则要放眼未来、面对现在则要活在当下;过去已经无法改变,而改变未来的方式就是从「当下」此时此刻开始。无论是快乐还是痛苦,只要我们过度沈溺于过去,就会徒增自己的烦恼,自己也会被那些已经无法改变的事实给困住。真正困住我们的往往不是别人,而是自己,真正能够改变自己、帮助自己跳脱人生泥淖的也只有自己。幸福往往就从自己肯愿意放下的那一刻开始,只有懂得放下,才能找到真正的幸福。

 In facing of the past, we must know how to let go, facing the future, look to the future, and facing the present, we must live in the present; the past cannot be changed, and the way to change the future is to start from the moment of now. Whether it is happiness or pain, as long as we over-indulge in the past, it will increase our troubles, and we will be trapped by those facts that cannot be changed. What really traps us is often not others but ourselves. It is only ourselves who can truly change themselves and help themselves to escape the muddy life. Happiness often starts from the moment you are willing to let go. Only by knowing how to let go can you find true happiness.
